Creating The Perfect Squeeze Page

Our first goal as internet marketers should be to collect email addresses from our website traffic. When you let potentail customers leave your site, without making a sale, or getting there email address, you have just lost that person forever. Unless your site is organically ranked on Googles first page, you cannot afford to waste traffic. traffic is just to hard to come by, and not taking advantage of evry last visitor is a huge mistake.

Once you realize that creating a list is crucial  for any online business, you are ready to create the perfect squueze page. On the internet, its hard to stand out. And its even harder to impress people, and to get them to buy your product or join your list. Obviously, we cannot show them our products. The only thing that visitors can see is – Our sales letters and product descriptions and our wbsite graphics and ecovers.

So all we have to make a first impression is the design and graphics of our sites and ecovers. So why not make them look awesome, right? Here is the best way to create the perfect squeeze page.

Steps To Take For Making Your Squeeze Page

I am going to run right through these steps, so get ready!

Create your Pre Headline – The Pre Headline explains exactly what you offer and gets the viewer excited. Tell them what the product will do for them, and keep it simple and to the point. It goes directly above the Main Headline, use black text -arial font usually looks good. Main Headline – Make it grab there attention. Huge font, (Headline 1) use some Red, or all Red if you prefer. Use words like ‘secret’, ‘shocking’, ‘controversial’. You simply want to create interest they are obviously interested, so give ’em what they want. Professional EBook Cover-  Place it next to the Headline. Use good graphics and a decent sized image. The pictuire of the ecover will increase conversions greatly. Honestly, people will probably leave if you dont have a picture of your product. (If you dont have an ecover software, follow the link , you can get that and more , FREE) Personal Introduction – Place it right below the Main Headline. Introduce yourself. it builds a rapport with visitors. They will trust you a bit more if you introduce yourself, it makes you real. Not to mention, it shows that you stand behind your product. Photo – Next to the Intro. Its not mandatory. But it can make a huge difference. When people see your face, they cant help but trust you even more. It goes along with the introduction. If you show yourself, you must believe in the product.(Also, add an updating time and date script to it) Bullet Points – Below the intro. Bullet points draw people in. They are easy to read, and you can name all the benefits quickly and easily. Use the bullet points to show visitors why they should join your list. Call to Action – Right below the bullet points, above the sugn up box. Tell them exactly what they need to do to join. “Fill in your name and email below to discover all these tips and tricks immediately”. Opt In Form – Below the Call To Action. Make look professional. Just copy some of the ones that you have seen before. There are many simple html codes and software programs that create these for you, instantly.(Again, follow my link) Opt In Instructions- Below the Opt In Form. Tell the visitor exactly what they will MISS, if they dont use the correct email address. And make it clear to them why they should open your emails in the future. Sign Off With Your Name – Ending of Squeeze page. Simply type your first and last name, and then, its a great idea to add a sugnature. You can get one for your name from many places for free. Just check out Google. But doing this will also increase your conversions. You ever notice how professional it looks when a marketer adds the hand written signature? Its the little  things like that , that will separate you from the amateurs.  Last thing, add the  – Disclaimer – Privacy Policy – Contact Us – Links at the bottom of the page. Make sure you link them directly to the pages they belong to. When I first started, I simply tried to imitate some other sites and tried to make it fit me and my product. And obviously the contact can be your email address, preferrably yourname@website.com. Thats it. Follow these easy steps and try to make good use of ecovers and any other graphics that can be added to your squeeze page.
