Why not check their e-mail?
I tried applying for jobs online. But when I call to follow to resume one day later, the potential employer is surprised that I sent by email. Why do you put an e-mail if you do not check? The labor market is so tight here in Calgary, it looks like it would make more effort! What do you think?
I would give them another day. People are busy. But you're on the right track. In addition to making certain they have received, if you ask they have questions about your qualifications and experience right?
